GoGo Dancer

I've seen this Go Go dancer in various snippets of things on the 'net. She appears in these two music videos which seem to be a collage of various old footage (The first she appears in the beginning and the other at the 2:20 mark) Does someone know who she is or what this footage originates from? Is this a B-movie or some sort of Scopitone? I'd like to see the entire scene in color.
