She's the gal in the tub with Kevin James - that's the loop Bridgette Monet and Dave Cannon are watching (and mirroring) in their well-known fuck.
I'm after the intact (non-intercut) version of that tub scene.
That loop only appears as part of the Monet-Cannon scene in SEF #1141 "Just Like A Sex Star" (which IAFD sez was also released as SE Vol 44 c1981 and as SEF #296 c1979 [suspect, imo]).
Note that the tub itself (along with Kevin James) also appears in another Vatelli film, "Sex Star" c1983. Other tub occupants in that one are Melanie Scott and Julia Parton.
Elaine did only one other scene near as I can tell: she and Linda Shaw seduce Mike Horner later in ILTW. Linda plays Cinnamon; Elaine (billed as Eleyna) plays Honey; Mike is billed as Don Hart. Linda and Elaine are, ummm, lingerie models. Here's a preview sheet for that scene.
So, Elaine seems to have left us with only the scene with Linda and Mike and the tub scene, which may not have survived being spliced into Bridgette and David's scene.
For somebody who graced our presence for only, at a guess, a weekend or so 35 years ago, she left us with a lot: hair up and hair down, speaking entire paragraphs, with and without clothes, getting clean and getting dirty. And a lot of guys wanting more, I'm sure.
