A good starting point for this one is lor_'s review on IMDB. Of note: the movie I know as "Angela's Foursome" (the source of this footage) is only a little over half of what started out as "(The) Carry On Sargent") and IMDB's primary listing for the gal I know as Roshell Rush is "Shella Bancroft".

Roshell only made a handful of obscure films and the surviving prints are mostly wretched, but here's a good look at her. I have the others, but I try to follow the precepts of my mentor, mjello, and ask myself "This thing you're thinking of posting, if you downloaded it would you regret it?" So this may be all the Roshell/Shella you'll be seeing from me.
