Here's the full set of pix, along with BGMguy's notes from 2005.
I didn't save the individual 640x480 stills because they were quite blurry and I thought (and still think) the preview sheets make it easy to follow what's happening, easier to see what the performers look like.
... unless the stupid forum software wants me to upload 16 individual jpgs and refuses to let me upload a zipfile ...
