According to IAFD, the female is Athena Star. This doesn't look like any pic or video of Athena Star I've ever seen.
The source ("Night Games" c1987) was directed by John T. Bone. Either that or it was created by a blind baboon jabbing at the camera with a stick. The whole video is herky-jerky like this. There might be an explanation somewhere in the movie, but you'd have to watch it to find out. Not gonna happen.
So, is this Athena Star or somebody else?
